Orders are shipped from a third party wholesale. Please allow 24 hours excluding weekends & holidays for your order to be processed. Some orders may need 2-4 days to process depending on bank and location.You should receive your tracking information immediately after your item is shipped.

International Orders

 

We will process international order to numerous destinations. However, depending on the weight of the product, quantity, and location, prices may vary and import charges will be covered by the customer.  

 Please take time and confirm your information such as telephone number and email address while placing your order.

Please note when selecting overnight delivery, we are not responsible for any delays by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly once your item has left our facility. If you have any issues we will work to assist you with the carrier.

 

Please ensure you are purchasing your correct size, color, and item. There are no returns/exchanges or refunds on certain merchandises. An exchange is available only on items that were received damaged. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

  2. You must email Shop@kymsboutiques.com to initiate a return or exchange, and give the reason for the return or exchange. We thrive to please every customer, so giving us this information will assure our quality control department can work on any issue that you had with your shipment.
