 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

 

All sales are Final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was received damaged. Make sure you’re ordering the correct size or item. In such cases where you received a item damaged, the customer must take a picture of the damaged item and send the image to us. The item must be sent within 24 hours after receiving the product for an exchange or refund.

 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED. NOW, WHAT?

 

We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an extremely rare occasion and we are happy to accommodate you for damaged items. Please contact shop@kymsboutiques.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will let you know how to proceed.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

 

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order and refunded.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY STORE LOCATIONS?

 

Kym's Boutique is currently only an online store.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Kym's Boutique cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

 

If you refuse a shipment from Kym's Boutique you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pretty Girl. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

 

Most orders ship within 4-5 business days of purchase and payment excluding weekends and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and processing of payments. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add us to your safe sender list.

 

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours on business days, and once we processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Contact us and we will cancel your existing order so you can make a new one with all the items you desire.  

 

IM IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE! WHAT CAN I DO?

 

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! Send us an email and we can look into it.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

 

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

 WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks or 3 days after receiving payments for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
